Wholehearted Meditation

Join us online for the Wholehearted Meditation. This is a guided group meditation practice, where we meditate for 20 minutes together using the wholehearted technique …being mindful of our thoughts, emotions, senses and inner-stillness. We'll be hanging out like this a couple times a week during the shelter in place order.
