The Summer of Movement Challenge


The Summer of Movement Challenge is a fantanstic way to re-engage your physical life and connect with the world. Whether you want to get fitter (and trimmer) or you want to feel more in sync with your body as it moves through natural and human landscapes or you just want to do some fun things more than you have been, movement is a powerful doorway to your natural human vitality.

Working as a small group we’ll make monthly movement stretches that challenge us to find the most fullfilling way of being active this Summer. This high-caliber coaching group that will give you the tools, structure and community support to make meaningful change with the way you move through your life.

When you let movement becomes a focal point for your life for a few months, unexpected things begin to align and take shape. New possibilities show-up and along the way stress gets reduced and you also begin to think clearer and feel better. There’s more joy and more fitness.

Join master teacher and HHW founder Jeffrey Szilagyi for 4 meetings from from June to September and learn to use the How Humans Work Vitality Principle to make simple and effective lifestyle shifts are sure to make your daily experience more fulfilling.

Together we will transform our movement habits and reclaim our natural human vitality, focusing on creating meaninful change with how we use our bodies.
