New Year 90-Day Nutrition Challenge

HHW's New Year 90 Day Nutrition Challenge is group coaching experience that will give you the tools, structure and community support to make meaningful change with your food choices and eating patterns, especially after the hazardous time of holiday events. So whether you are looking to lose weight, eat better or change the way you think and feel, this experience is sure to help you get aligned with yourself to make for a healthier start to 2020 as well as shedding some of the extras at the end of the year, engaging a healthier food rhythm is a great way to begin the year. 

Join master teacher and HHW cofounder Jeffrey Szilagyi for six meetings, twice monthly, in January, February and March.  Together we'll learn to use the How Humans Work behavior change principles to make simple and effective lifestyle shifts that help you feel more alive and balanced.
